We are seeking a Collections Representative with a strong background in banking and financial accounts, committed to delivering exceptional customer support.

Requirements

• English level B2+ (spoken and written).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, preferably handling banking or financial-related accounts.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for banking and financial accounts.

• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests professionally.

• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on outstanding balances.

Schedule

• Availability to work between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

• One Saturday per month, half-day.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: Q7,000

• Productivity bonus: up to Q1,400
