Financial & Banking Service Representative – Call Center
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a strong background in banking and mortgage accounts, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support.
Requirements
-English level B2+ (spoken and written).
-Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, handling banking and mortgage-related accounts (mandatory).
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Problem-solving and a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
-Provide customer support for banking and mortgage accounts.
-Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests professionally.
-Ensure compliance with quality and service standards.
Schedule
Availability to work between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
One Saturday per month, half-day.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: Q7,000
Productivity bonus: up to Q1,400
